Bought sharpener for my pencil eyeliner, make-up pad(?) & concealer today! :) Idk whether should I use liquid eyeliner or just use back my pencil eyeliner. Actually I can buy the liquid eyeliner today, just that idk whether should I buy it or not. Hmm, suggestion?
